Hi, All.
I hope you’re well.
In this holiday season, so many of us are missing people we love: those who live far away, those who have passed, and those who are estranged. This is a good time to be with people you enjoy, to embrace the sadness as it’s also a reflection of loving another person and helps us appreciate what we have.

2022 saw the release of additional records from the investigation into President Kennedy’s assassination. You can click on individual documents in the National Archives at https://www.archives.gov/research/jfk/release2022?page=1. There’s an article about it on CNN’s site at https://www.cnn.com/2022/12/15/politics/jfk-assassination-documents/index.html.
Where were you when Kennedy died? What do you remember most about that time? Do you think about it as you consider the contentious times in which we live?
An interesting article on science.org entitled “Gut microbes make mice exercise more. Might they do the same in humans?” explained gut bacteria and the possible effect of antibiotics on our motivation to exercise. https://www.science.org/content/article/gut-microbes-make-mice-exercise-more-might-they-do-same-humans
