The following is our email from June 17, 2022.
Thank you so much for signing up for our new conversation group! If at any time you want to be removed from our mailing list, please contact me directly.
Our next meetings will be held on Thursday nights at 7 PM on June 23 and July 7. If you intend to come to the meeting, be sure to either register in the white binder in the lodge or call the office and ask them to register you. Decisions are made on the basis of enrollment and attendance. If we have enough interest, volunteers and inclination, we can decide about applying to be a chartered group. Let’s see where this leads us.

Please note there are additional links titled “About Tea & Talk” https://tea-and-talk.blogspot.com/p/about-tea-talk.html, “Ground Rules for Discussion” https://tea-and-talk.blogspot.com/p/ground-rules-for-discussion.html and “News Fact Check” at https://tea-and-talk.blogspot.com/p/news-fact-check.html. Some of our posts include links to discussion topics.
In the last meeting, we started with questions asked of each other in partnered pairs and introducing that partner to the group. Our possible topics included questions about friendship, its importance, losing and making friends at this stage of life, and mental health in the last few years for teens and our older generation. Leads at each table facilitated discussion choices and guided conversations.
